Pullstarter set Black Gilera Citta / Vespa Ciao / Bravo / SI

Complete set with:

• Aluminum base plate.
• Pull starter.
• Steel pinion for crank.
• 3x Spacer (with collar against the frame)
• Threaded bolt for original Piaggio or Malossi carters.
• Threaded bolt for Polini Speedengine or Evolutionengine.
• Mounting material.

Assembly instructions:

• Start pinion: First clean all mounting surfaces. Then screw the matching counterpart for the recoil starter onto the clutch or variator and tighten the flange nut with liquid locker such as Loctite. Recoil starter: lightly tighten the housing adapter with the supplied motor screws. In the next step, add the cable starter to the round housing and screw it in with the M5 x 45mm screws. Finally, tighten the motor screws.

Starting procedure:

• Before each starting attempt, pull the rope slowly a few times so that the engine runs empty. Then, hold the handle firmly and pull until resistance is met. Now you can finis

Pay attention:

• Use Loctite to secure the pull start set (see related products)
• Pedals/pedals can no longer be used because they'll hit the housing.
• Adjust the side panel yourself.
