Pay attention! Parts such as flywheel and CDI are not interchangeable with other EVO 2 ignitions.

Measurements:

• Outer diameter baseplate: 90mm.
• Inner diameter baseplate: 26mm.
• Diameter Cone flywheel: 11.9mm > 15.5mm.

Mounting tips:

• The Black wire of the CDi unit must make a ground / mass connection with the engine block. This can be done directly or indirectly via the frame.
• With Zundapp, among others, the engine doenst have a ground / mass connection with the frame because its mounted in rubbers. therefore add an additional ground wire between the engine and the frame.
• With ground / mass connections to the frame, the mounting points must always be made blank.

Note! In exceptional cases, the flywheel may touch the 3 bolts of ignition. This is usually due to the fact that after revision of the crankshaft, the crankshaft is no longer built in the original condition or is built out off centre. Remove the rings under the bolts or install a shorter bolt.
